Booking & Payments
All custom orders require a consultation and a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Production begins once payment and design details are confirmed.
Designs & Changes
All designs must be approved before production. Changes requested after production begins may result in additional fees.
Measurements & Alterations
Clients must provide accurate measurements. Alterations due to incorrect measurements, weight changes, or personal preferences may incur additional charges.
Production & Shipping
Completion dates are agreed upon before production. Shipping fees may apply. Vision Doris is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control but will assist with delivery concerns.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellations and refund requests are reviewed based on production progress and the terms of the order agreement. Custom orders are not returnable for a change of mind.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate information, approve designs promptly, and complete payments by the agreed deadlines.
